CO-FOUNDER & SUPERINTENDENT

Hands-on building is the only kind I know.

Greg Halverson started on the bench in Tacoma, WA, framing commercial structures by day and drawing up bids under a drafting lamp by night. For nearly three decades, Greg has lived in the dirt and the steel—believing that a superintendent's true place is on the site, not behind a corporate desk. Today, he manages pre-construction estimating and field operations across our PNW yards.

Hands-on building is the only kind I know.

"An estimate isn't just a spreadsheet. It's a promise written in steel, concrete, and safety hours. If you don't intend to build it right, don't bid it at all."
