Design-build replacement for an aging harbor crossing — prestressed girders, marine pile-driving, and a full traffic-management plan running through the construction window. Public-works prequalification with the Malmo Transportation Authority was a precondition.
The pours rode tide cycles for fourteen months. Final lift went in on a Sunday at 4 AM with the harbor closed.
